Am I missing something that makes this not sexual assault? I don't get the sense it was scripted or agreed to beforehand.

I thought it was planned, but I could be wrong. I don't have any data to that effect, I just got that impression.

Thinking more about it, I think the reason I assumed it was planned is, who happens to have $1000 in cash with them? But of course he might have had it with him because he planned to buy something in the auction, not necessarily this.
