Would somebody rec me a good book on writing for TV, or five? LJ users to read on the subject besides tightropegirl?

Does anyone know if there's a list of taken superhero names?

If you met a character who was gay and into drama, would you say that was too stereotypical, fine because it's true, depends on the writing?
(and if it depends, how?) Does it make a difference to your perception if he's Asian?
