Picture me doing the dance of the scary wrinkly guy from the Six Flags commercials. (If you are not in a media market that features this commercial, there is a scary wrinkly guy. He dances.)
The Supreme Court upheld the right of Guantanamo Bay detainees to appeal in US Courts!
Okay, I thought better of it, but there was a moment there where I seriously broke out the caps lock, because whoo hoo!

Also, the case I got to see oral arguments for, Ashcroft v. ACLU, has been decided -- sort of. They sent COPA back to a lower court for a new trial. Still, good news for fans of porn and/or free speech.
