Am safe home from business trip. Unfortunately, came home with souvenir, in the form of Evil Cold. This would only be annoying, except that mom is supposed to be having her rescheduled reconstructive surgery Tuesday. They won't do it without a care partner, and I don't know if they'll accept a woozy, quite possibly still infectious Mer. And if we don't do it now, she gets busy at work and probably can't do it for two months. And I have another business trip Friday. In a word, arrgh. If arrgh is a word.
