A Virginia county can refuse to let a witch give the invocation at its meetings by limiting the privilege to clergy representing Judeo-Christian monotheism.(Thanks to

"A very basic point is that governments cannot make distinctions among their citizens on the basis of religion," says Rebecca Glenberg of the American Civil Liberties Union of Virginia.
You would think.
I wanna know how all the Buddhists, Hindus, etc. in Virginia feel about this. The idea that Jewish and Christian is a broad spectrum of religions is fascinating to me. It's also fascinating to me that they only added Jews and one Muslim after the Wiccan complained. (And is Islam usually considered a Judeo-Christian religion? Shouldn't they get their own hyphen, at least?)
Yes, I know full well that there are a lot of different kinds of Jews and Christians, but it's still kind of like saying your restaurant has all the different kinds of meat and cheese, and therefore nobody needs vegetables.
Of course as an atheist and a fan of separation of church and state, I'm not thrilled with any religious invocations at public meetings, period, but at least don't play favorites and then argue that it's okay because you have more than ONE favorite.
