Who would you cast for Ellen Kushner's Swordspoint?

Right now I'm leaning towards Nathon Fillon (Firefly's Mal and Buffy's Caleb) for Richard, and Robert Sean Leonard for Alec, but I'm open to alternatives, as well as suggestions for the supporting characters. Tim Curry for Asper Horn?
