Say I have an original TV show premise, and I am aware (thanks to JMS's fine book) that the chances of getting it turned into an original TV show through the usual channels are something less than winning the MegaMillions.

Thanks to TBQ and others for the pointer: twistedchick has a link to the CDC's new guidelines on AIDS education, and a cogent explanation of why they suck, as well as info on how to make public comment(deadline August 16).
